Bhargav has served as project manager Business Head - ERP & CRM consulting services & corporate planning in two of the leading software development and services companies. The responsibilities included setting up and management of ERP & CRM work for the global 1000 corporations. His domain experience spans multiple industries but predominantly in industries such as Discrete Manufacturing
(Hi-Tech, Automotive), Financial Services, and Process Industries -
Pharmaceutical, Chemicals.

Bhargav has over two decades of experience in Business Management and Information Technology aspects in his tenure with SAP A.G. and Siebel Systems, two of the leading IT companies. He has managed and implemented ERP solutions covering Finance, Sales Distribution, Materials Management & Supply Chain, and,
for CRM, Business Intelligence, Sales/Marketing and Call Center applications.

Bhargav has identified and initiated strategic relationship discussions with leading multinationals and has been a key member of the negotiation team of some joint ventures. He has been a member of the Food Management Institute and the
Council of Logistics Management for the past few years and through them has
kept abreast of the industry issues.

Bhargav holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from California Polytechnic University, Pomona campus and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Kumar graduated with a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Madras, India, an MS degree from the University of Texas and a Ph.D from Northwestern University. He has been an educator for the last 20 years.

He has extensive international consulting experience, including projects with companies such as Rolls Royce, BMW, Daimler Benz Aerospace, ABB, Ericsson,
BAX Global, Motorola, Reuters, Du Pont, Sanwa Bank, Korea First Bank, Korean Air, Infosys, Acer, and Shell Hong Kong. He is the author or co-author of more than
40 published articles in academic journals. He is also the founder and leader of the innovative Pacific Rim Education (PRIME) Program at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where the focus is to give MBA students practical work experience in a global business environment through working on consulting projects for companies in 8 countries.

Dr. Kumar's research interests include the embedding of information systems within global physical operations as well as the development of sustainable information technology industries in developing countries (such as IT hardware in Taiwan and software in India).

Dr Kumar is an expert on the information technology industry in Taiwan, on which he is writing a book to be published by Cambridge University Press. His co-author
is Stan Shih, Chairman of Acer Group. He spent 2000-01 in Bangalore, India researching the software services industry. He was invited to give presentations
to numerous companies including the three largest Indian software service firms, Tata Consulting Services, Infosys and Wipro. He was an invited member of an Advisory Committee for the Ministry of Information Technology, India evaluating
the future infrastructure needs for the IT hardware and software industries. He
was also invited to write articles in the Economic Times (of India) on this subject.

Dr Kumar will use his business development and consulting background for INAM Services in the areas of business strategy, marketing and global alliances.
